name of goods or services
The name of the goods must be placed in a conspicuous and easy-to-read position. The text of the name of the goods must be in the largest size compared to other contents. Do not use the name to mislead the nature and use of the product. The commodity name can also use the name of an ingredient contained in the product. In this case, the name of the ingredient must be accompanied by the quantity, except for coloring and flavoring substances.
Name and address of the responsible organization or individual
The name of the organization, individual, and place on the package must not be abbreviated. If the goods are produced domestically when writing on the label:
If the production facility belongs to an organization, it is entitled to include the organization's name or address if authorized.
If a product brand is manufactured by many different facilities, the name of the responsible organization or individual must be inscribed if the product quality matches the standards of the responsible organization or individual. When circulating, the product must be traceable.
For imported products, the name of the importing organization or individual must be written.
For goods sold by domestic organizations and individuals acting as agents for foreign traders, the names of the producing organizations and individuals and the organizations and individuals acting as agents must be inscribed.
For goods to be franchised, the name of the franchising organization or individual must be added.
In case the place of manufacture and the place of assembly and packing are different, the name and address of the place of packing and assembly must be inscribed. the same name or the name, address, and other contents of the whole place of production must also be written on the package if this organization or individual allows
Quantification of goods
Quantities of goods must be recorded by the law on measurement. If quantification is by counting, it must be recorded in natural numbers. Coloring and flavoring additives do not need to be quantified. In the case of extracts or essences, the quantitative ingredients or equivalent quantity of raw materials must be recorded to produce that amount of substance.

Production date and expiry date
Production date and expiry date must be recorded in the order of day, month, and calendar year. If in a different order, a footnote is required. Each number indicating the day, month, and year is recorded with 2 digits, and the year number can be written with 4 digits. Numbers must only be on the same line. If only the production month is recorded, the calendar month and year must be in the correct order. In case only the year of manufacture is written, it must be inscribed with four solar digits. “Manufacturing date”, “use by date” or “expiry date” may be abbreviated as NSX, HSD, or HD.
For goods that are divided, loaded, and repackaged, the date of execution must be shown and the expiry date must be calculated from the date of manufacture on the original label. Once the NSX has been recorded, the HSD can be recorded as the period from the date of manufacture and vice versa
Origin of goods
Organizations and individuals importing goods shall identify and record the origin of their goods by themselves. Must ensure that the origin and origin are recorded honestly and accurately, and strictly comply with the provisions of laws and agreements to which Vietnam has signed or acceded.

The prescribed way of writing is to write the phrases "made in" or "made in", "country of manufacture", and "origin" with the place of manufacture. The name of the country or territory of production must not be abbreviated.Ingredients, ingredients quantity

For foods, the ingredients must be listed in order from highest to lowest by weight. For household appliances, metal, and utensils made from a main raw material, that material must be recorded with the same product name without the need for quantitative ingredients.

Includes specifications and tolerances (if any). Warning information must comply with relevant laws. Unless otherwise specified, the responsible individual or organization must determine the above factors. Warning information can be written in words, pictures, or symbols in accordance with international practices and relevant regulations.

Electrical, electronic, and machinery goods must have basic specifications

Pharmaceuticals, biological products, vaccines, veterinary drugs, and plant protection drugs must have full indications, usage, contraindications, registration number of circulation certificates, import license number, production batch number, etc. dosage form, packaging, and signs to note for each drug in accordance with regulations.

Food must have nutritional value. Organizations and individuals responsible for goods must show nutritional values in accordance with regulations of law and published standards. In specific cases, write the average value of the range of values.

If there are ingredients or substances in the complex composition of the product of a special category with a prescribed dose or substances that are irritating, toxic to humans, animals and the environment, the name of the preservative must be indicated.

Goods that have undergone genetic modification shall be recorded in accordance with the provisions of law and international treaties to which Vietnam is a signatory.
