Membrane transplantation

Composite film or laminated film for short is the material to use when you think a single layer of packaging is all you need. The structure of this tissue bag consists of at least 3 layers:

The outermost layer is printed film, usually OPP (BOPP), PET, OPPmatt (opaque film) with high printing quality. Gravure printing is very good.

A middle layer is a metal film (AL, MCPP, MPET). They are both highly waterproof, heat-insulating, light-blocking and retain odors.

The innermost layer is CPP, PE and its variants (HDPE, LDPE...). They are non-toxic, easily sterilized and soldered to style the packaging.

This type of packaging has the ability to keep cold quite well. With 3 (or more) laminated films, it makes a great material to preserve and protect the wet paper inside

Pearl membrane

Pearl film (Pearlised BOPP film) is often seen as a wet towel cover in restaurants, hotels, and restaurants. The cost of this type of membrane is quite soft. It is thin and soft, usually pearly white or milky white. This type of wet paper bag has the advantage of being durable, has good stretchability and elasticity. In addition, the color of the film also creates a feeling of cleanliness. The film has high ink adhesion so printing is also very good.

Its disadvantage is the ability to keep cold for a short time, wet paper towels inside are easy to lose heat.
