Blowing film stage: the plastic film is created directly from the factory from imported virgin plastic resin materials through film blowing equipment to create films of different specifications, film size from 200mm to 1600mm and thickness. from 20 to 150 mic
Printing stage: with the 8-color large-format printer (printing film size 1050mm), our company can meet most of the products according to the needs of customers on all types of printing materials.
The grafting stage: Creating a complex film product from 2 to 5 layers of materials combined.
Split, collage: We have a full range of equipment to create products in the form of single-layer membrane bags to multi-layer composite membranes with different types of bags such as 3-side welding bags, back-lap welding, vertical bottom bags, single film bags, perforated wet bags…
Packaging structure with complex laminated film:
Different polymers are used depending on their role as a structural layer, bonding layer, barrier layer, and welding layer.
Structural layer: ensures the necessary mechanical properties, and easy printing properties and often includes moisture resistance.
Bonding layers: are thermoplastic (in extruded form) layers used to combine materials of different natures.
Barrier layers: used to obtain special requirements for air resistance and odor retention: PET, PA, AL, MCPP, MPET.
Welding material grades: commonly used are PE and LLDPE blends.
